Introducing Our New Chairman

Ipswich Wanderers FC is proud to welcome Pat Lewis as our new Chairman. Pat is a lifelong Ipswich Town supporter, born and raised in the town, and he brings both passion for local football and decades of business experience to the Wanderers family.

A Local Lad with Football in His Heart

Pat grew up in Ipswich and has supported Ipswich Town since he was a boy. Football has always been a big part of his life, and stepping into the role of Chairman at Ipswich Wanderers is a chance to give back to the local game he has loved since childhood.

Entrepreneur, Business Leader and Mentor

Pat is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses and investing in people. He is the co‑founder and Chairman of Source One Consulting, the award‑winning office and commercial interiors company he runs with his wife Lisa.

Over a career spanning more than 40 years, Pat has helped businesses grow through his focus on people, relationships, and creating collaborative working environments. Source One started with Pat delivering chairs in his Ford Mondeo and sketching office layouts at the kitchen table. Today, it is a trusted East Anglian business working with schools, colleges and companies across the region.
