New manager Glen Driver will be looking to build on the momentum delivered from Tuesday’s stunning away win at then league leaders Lowestoft Town. Few gave winless Wanderers any hope, however despite falling a goal behind, the boys produced a stunning comeback to steal all 3 points and move off the basement of the table

Saturday will be a tough game at home to a Witham side that is experienced at this level. They currently sit 15th in the table, 3 places above Wanderers following a home draw on Tuesday night against Enfield. The two sides have already met once this season, earlier in September when Wanderers ran out 3 nil winners in a Velocity Cup tie. We certainly won’t be taking them lightly though, for that evening it was truly a game of two halves, and we could have been way behind at half time before 3 second half goals put a gloss on the scoreline.

Wanderers will welcome new signing Tyler Corlett to the matchday squad. Competition for places is currently very high. An opportunity to complete a good week already, with further points on the board. Should be a cracking game.
