Wanderers are on their travels again this weekend as they make the trip to the Oakside Stadium, Barkingside to take on Redbridge FC in league action (3pm kick off). Both sides sit on the same points and will be looking to stem the tide of recent league defeats and start to put points on the board in the run up to Christmas. A win will be important to both teams so they can start to look up the table once again with teams from 10th to 17th in the league separated by just 4 points.
The away side will possibly feature one or both new signings made to the club this week with Byron Lawrence joining the Wanderers on a dual signing agreement with Needham Market and Abdul Rasheed Ajani-Salau also coming to The Doucy via fellow Isthmain North side Witham Town. We would like to welcome these two exciting players onboard and look forward to seeing them in action. Another player that Wanderers fans will be looking forward to watching again is exciting young prospect Zach Pedro who came on in the second half of Saturday’s home game against Enfield. The 16 year old looked at home on his first team debut and we are sure we will see more of him and other players from our development sides in the coming weeks and months.
