Wanderers announce new stadium naming rights partnership

We are absolutely delighted to announce GBS Builders (Ipswich) Ltd as our ground naming rights partner. Our home will now be known as The GBS Stadium.

Chairman Stephen Boyle commented: “Joe Garnham and his team have proven to be invaluable partners for our club, not just in helping with achieving the ground grading requirements, but also in completing the clubhouse rebuild.

The ground has been known as SEH Sports Ground for years, but in our recent lease agreement we now have the ability to drive forward new commercial investment including naming rights. We’re fully committed to making The GBS Stadium one of the premier football facilities around.”

Joe Garnham MD for GBS said “I’ve been delighted to work with Steve, Rick, Glen and everyone at the club to help improve their facilities and footballing fortunes. It’s clearly a club with huge ambitions and massive potential”.

As part of the immediate future plans the club intends to build new elite dugouts, install an electronic scoreboard, upgrade the floodlights to LED’s and potentially building a new main stand with integrated changing rooms.
